i feel better after therapy today. i'm gonna start going twice a week. i think it's gonna be good for me. i'm going to start focusing and concentrating. this weekend should be fun. i'm going to vermont to a crazy festival where i'm going to hula hoop and dress up in fun costumes. people who apologize for their existance all the time frighten me. maybe i do it to, but only when writing to myself. keep it real.

rent is due tomorrow..such a bummer.
i went to barnes and noble for awhile. i love just roaming around books when i get overwhelmed. it's so calming. i grew up around books and sometimes forget how they can take me away to a better place. I LOVE BOOKS!

i'm actually really exicted right now because i got my room cleaned and i got some things done and i actually bought some nair stuff that i want to try and etc etc etc. i feel a bit positive about things to come because i want to take steps to make my life better. hence the therapy twice a week. my therapist says it's good that i'm goal minded and that there's nothing wrong with that, and even though i have this image in my head of being this fucked up kid from all those years ago, i might not fit the mold anymore. this made me way happy,
