today has bit crazy. i went out to eat with my mom and nana (i'm trying this whole 'reconnect with family' thing.)
well my nana starts asking me all these art questions, .... like .. my place in the art world questions. i got really uncomfortable as this, "am i an artist," "where do i belong in the art world?" "what is art/an artist?" questions have been troubling me for going on three years now. my nana was like, "oh dear, i seem to be offending you," so i laughed and talked about how it was funny because i've been having a struggle with this lately, and having never gone to art school this and that and she was like, well take some classes! that's right! take a class! at MassArt! perfect! and you can start in January.
i was sooo confused.
and she wants to pay for this.

That's awesome news girl!!! Follow your heart, even if sometimes it seems like all you're getting are mixed messages. Wow. Art classes, paid for too! Sounds like a sweet deal.
